How do I create a customer account?
New users can create an account by selecting the Register link in the Log In screen. Enter your information in the required fields. Please verify that all information is accurate to ensure orders you place are shipped and received in a timely manner. Account information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private.
When will my order ship?
Most of our products ship 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Items that are not currently in stock will be placed on backorder. If this occurs you will be given the opportunity to cancel or change your order.
Where is my order?
You can track an order status through your customer account. Select the Track Order option from the My Account box that is displayed at the bottom of every page. Contact our customer service department with any questions or concerns about your order that are not addressed by the information displayed on the Track Order page.
